Urban Oasis near DC, Pentagon, Crystal City

Great place to stay in very nice neighborhood (we especially enjoyed it since it was close to friends & family). Easy access to other parts of Arlington & D.C. House had a great set up with nice bedrooms for couples and great common spaces. Very quiet neighborhood and walkable to restaurants if inclined. Great set up for family with adult children or a friends gathering.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location, close to everything in the DC area. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Everything was well-organized, and we had no issues during our stay.

Great trip! This property is in the ideal location - very close to DC but in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Every bedroom had fantastic beds, comfortable bedding and huge smart TVs. The kids loved the ping pong and air hockey table. Every night we watched a movie in the wonderful theater room. The bathrooms were perfect for our needs and the huge bathtub in the master bedroom was a hit with the kids as well. Our host was very communicative and promptly assisted us with any assistance we needed regarding our trip to Washington. He was the consummate host! I will definitely stay here the next time I come to town. Thank you again for our home away from home!

We stayed at Urban Oasis for a family reunion over a long weekend. We had 11 total adult guests and the space was great. There was a dining room that seated 12 (rare) and several other large spaces for gathering and connecting: outside on the deck, a smaller family room near the kitchen (which we hung out in a lot) and a massive basement with a huge tv and a large couch. There were 3 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full bathrooms (1 shared and 1 private). The first floor had a bedroom off the dining room with easy access to the 1/2 bath on the first floor and a bedroom in the basement with access to a full bath. 10 of us slept in bedrooms and only one had to use the pull out sofa. Some of us stayed up late and talked, while others went to bed before midnight and were able to sleep. It was close to downtown and 10 minutes from numerous restaurants and 5 minutes from the grocery store. This was a great value for a large group to stay. Abraham was super responsive.
