We loved the location and the pool. Prior renters failed to remove the trash on the side of the house not a big issue wasn’t in site. Small ac issue resolved quickly. Definitely would use again. Very clean. Owner was very kind. Esther handled any issues right away. Thanks for a great trip.
We really enjoyed our stay here! There were lots of amenities. The pool and ping pong table were hits for both the kids and adults! The neighborhood was very peaceful and close to everything. I found the house rules clear and helpful. Communication with the host was also SO easy that it felt like talking to a friend. It was a wonderful home away from home!
We had a wonderful stay and would return! House felt new, was spacious and clean, with a kitchen full of cooking supplies which made cooking easy. Bedroom was clean and comfortable, and master bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. Hot tub and ping pong table added to the appeal; lots of fun. Big, open family room was very relaxing, with all the streaming apps you need to enjoy a relaxing night in. Relaxing space on a cul-de-sac in a cute residential neighborhood with lots of other homes around. While not super private (with neighbors who can see into the backyard and security cameras), the pool and hot tub were a nice highlight. Quick 20-minute drive to the excitement of Laguna Beach. We only stayed in one bedroom but all rooms look peaceful and clean. Would make a perfect spot for a family looking for a relaxing weekend away. Management was super responsive any time we had issues or concerns. Check in was easy, and house rules were clear.

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm NOTES: ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! For guests without prior reviews, fewer than 3 five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we need to collect a $1000 security deposit. It's refundable provided there are no damages or additional cleaning needed.
