Hills villa

When booking this Airbnb, this was the only house in the area that did not say before booking that it requires a two night stay. I proceeded to attempt to book it. Then the owner reached out and informed me that I am required to do a 3 night stay for approval. I responded that I would look elsewhere, then was told that I could do two nights instead. Also, the reservation listed 3 pm check in and 11 am check out. Once booked, I was informed it would be an additional cost for a 3pm and 11 am check in/ check out times. I was told check in is now 5 pm and check out is 10 am. There was also a very long “house rules list” that included cleaning, sending pics of remotes, etc after paying a very large cleaning fee when booking. The house was perfect and beautiful. The communication was kind but I did not appreciate the change from what was listed on the reservation when booking.
