AboutAway’s home was absolutely perfect. As a California native, staying here stirred up some major nostalgia. I now truly miss home. The beauty of the area and the familiarity in the air pulled at me in the best way. The house was clean, comfortable, and in one of my favorite places in California. Being just 4 minutes from my brother’s house made the stay even more special. I also loved that it’s a one-story home. Traveling with older family members who struggle with stairs can be challenging, and this detail made everything feel easy and accessible. Totally rare find in such a beautiful area. Communication was quick, easy, and very accommodating. The level of care from AboutAway’s team really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again.
We were in town for a soccer event in Irvine and this was a GREAT home to stay at! Very clean, very comfortable beds and furniture, very open floor plan, and all the essential amenities included! Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is very walkable to local restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops in either direction! We had dogs with us and there were plenty of options for walks. Our kids really enjoyed utilizing the pool after their long days of soccer. Host was very responsive, helpful, and proactive during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone considering and will definitely book again when we return to the area!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This home more than exceeded our expectations. Our niece was getting married and we needed a home to stay at so we could get ready comfortably. This location was great with several amenities nearby. We were able to relax before and after our event. Pool area was great since it was a pretty hot weekend. Also all the doors leading outside had alarms for safety. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend this Airbnb to everyone. Thank you. Mike H

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm •No outdoor activities or pool after 9 PM NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ ($500 refundable pet fee) Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we require a mandatory $1,000 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
