We had a pleasant weekend stay. The house itself is spacious, with large rooms and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward, and the hosts provided plenty of patio furniture to enjoy by the pool. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The 5:00 PM check-in felt quite late, though we were able to adjust our plans. The house has very strict rules regarding shoes and moving furniture; being rule-followers, we felt a bit restricted, even avoiding moving the patio furniture to better suit our needs. Functionally, the kitchen had minimal cooking supplies, and the ice machine was broken—we were surprised to be told this wasn't considered an included amenity. Additionally, while spa heating was included, a pool pump issue meant we couldn't actually use it. The backyard putting green was also covered in fallen fruit from the trees, making it difficult to use. It’s a beautiful property, but better maintenance
My family and friends really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. We were able to make quite a few family style meals in the kitchen and our party really enjoyed the back yard and hot tub space. I really appreciated being able to have our dog stay with us and have everything we needed for an extended stay (stocked kitchen, washer/dryer). We would definitely stay here again!
Everything was as advertised. Big pool in the backyard, all the utensils you need for cooking, and very convenient location(close to I-5). The host even gave us a complimentary late check out, which we very much appreciated!
Our family had a wonderful time at this location. House was relaxing and very clean. Host was also quick to respond with any questions we had! Would highly recommend this place and our host!!

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm •No outdoor activities or pool after 9 PM NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ - $500 refundable pet deposit Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️Pool heating $150/night ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️ For guests without prior reviews, fewer than 3 five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we need to collect a $2000 security deposit. It's refundable provided there are no damages or additional cleaning needed.
