Welcome to our luxurious and spacious Dallas home! With a private pool, Tesla charger, walk-in sauna, and plenty of room for up to ten guests, our home is the perfect base for exploring all that the city has to offer. Our home has been recently renovated and features stylish and modern decor throughout. Here are some of the features of our space: Living areas: Our living areas are bright and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The main living room has a large smart TV with streaming capabilities, perfect for movie nights. There's also a separate den area with a fireplace and additional seating. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There's also a large dining table that seats eight, making it easy to enjoy meals together. Bedrooms: Our home has four bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other three bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All beds come with fresh linens and extra blankets for your comfort. Bathrooms: There are three clean and modern bathrooms in the main house, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided for our guests. Additionally, there is a detached suite with one bedroom and one bathroom. Backyard: Our home has a beautiful private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm Texas day. There's also a walk-in sauna, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. The backyard also features plenty of seating and a gas grill, making it the perfect spot for outdoor dining and entertaining. Tesla charger: For guests with electric vehicles, our home has a Tesla charger available for your use. Located in the heart of Dallas, our home is just a short drive from some of the city's best attractions, including the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, White Rock Lake, and the trendy neighborhood of Lower Greenville. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops located nearby, making it easy to explore the local area. We look forward to hosting you in our luxurious Dallas home!

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules!
