We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. I really liked the back yard. It was very spacious and had two large fruit trees. The house was spacious and had all the amenities needed. We used the provided beach chairs and towels everyday. The washer and dryer were very useful. The location was great…walk to Douglas Preserve the beach and a 2-3 min drive to grocery and restauarants.
Such a lovely stay! Gabby was super helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was very clean and well setup. The Douglas Preserve is a short walk away, we loved going there with our dog. A great stay, we hope to be back again soon!
We loved staying at Gabby’s home – it was beautifully decorated with a large backyard for our dog to run around. The location was amazing and only a 4 minute walk from Douglas Preserve, which had ocean views and off-leash areas for dogs. Gabby was very responsive and was kind to let us check in early. We highly recommend this home!
I will be the first to admit I am picky when it comes to Airbnb’s and everything about Gabby’s house was outstanding and clean unlike any other place we have stayed. The furnishing and decor were out of a magazine. The amenities were solid. The highlight was my communication with Gabby and how accommodating she was. Would 100% stay here again.

▸ Hi! Thank you for your booking. The main thing is no parties (unless approved by host beforehand), no shoes in the property, and if you break something, please let the host know as it will need to be replaced. As a note, we do have an additional living studio attached to the property. This is normally vacant for most the year however occasionally it may get used. There is absolutely no access available from the studio to the house or to the yard so it stays 100% private for you! :) Please let me know if you have any questions! :) • Check-in time is 5pm-12am, early checkin and late check out available for a fee, inquire with host ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-7am. ▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. TVs must be kept at a reasonable volume as not to disturb the neighbors. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. ▸ No gathering or lingering outside in front of or around the house. We respect and value our neighbors and expect our guests to do the same. ▸ We have a strict NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND policy in all our units. You will be fined if you violate. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected. -If you must smoke, please do so in the backyard/outside the house. -If you smoke in the front yard or anywhere else, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF THE NEIGHBORS REPORTING AND MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE CITY. ▸ Occasionally the owner or property manager may be staying on property in a completely private separate area with no access to the home or yard as stated on listing. Neither will bother you but if you need anything reach out via airbnb chat or call. ▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation). ▸ Dogs may be permitted with a $100 fee per pet. If a highly shedding dog there may be extra fee for deep cleaning. Please inform us on the breed of dog before or after you book. • Shoes can be left inside upon entering as no shoes other than slippers are allowed in the house • Please wipe off pets paws after coming in from outside or the Douglas preserve. Rugs that get dirty and have to get washed as a result will have to be reimbursed by the home. • We will be asking for a government ID matching the name on the reservation.
