This house was just amazing ! Very conviently located to many places, 16 minutes to John Wayne Airport! House was very clean, grill was perfect , kitchen was spotless. We loved all the areas to spend family quality time!
We loved our 4 nights stay at the Spartan House! The host was very accommodating and responsive. It’s a big house, enough for me, my husband and our 3 adult kids and their families. We had a great time bonding together. This house will be part of our core memory. All rooms had tv sets, very clean and large beds. It also has 3 toilet and bath which is enough for a big family. The kitchen area was also large to accommodate 3 people cooking at the same time. I’d gladly book again this house if ever we come back yo Mission Viejo next year. Great Airbnb find!
This was a great place to stay for my family. The house and amenities are just as described. It was super clean and felt very comfortable. As listed, the pool is NOT heated and they aren’t kidding about that. It was 90+ degrees outside when we stayed there and the pool never got above 60 degrees. My kids didn’t seem to mind but the adults would only go in to “cold plunge”. Other than the cold pool, we loved this place and would absolutely stay here again.

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm •No outdoor activities or pool after 9 PM NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ ($500 refundable pet fee) Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻.
