We had a fantastic stay at this East Hollywood townhome and highly recommend it for families visiting Los Angeles. As a family of six, we found the layout ideal, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The neighborhood was a major highlight. It felt safe, quiet, and residential while still being close to Hollywood attractions, giving us easy access to the city without the crowds and noise. We had a rental car, and the large tandem garage was a big advantage, accommodating two vehicles. The entrance may be a bit tight for very large SUVs, but it worked well for us. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and well organized. Everything was thoughtfully prepared before our arrival, so we rarely needed assistance. Most of all, the home felt truly welcoming. Unlike some rental properties, it immediately felt comfortable and homey, making our stay especially enjoyable. We made wonderful family memories while exploring Los Angeles and would gladly stay here again.
The house was beautiful and in a great location - just minutes from Melrose, about 10 minutes to K-town, and close to Universal. The hosts were responsive and accommodated a late checkout, which we appreciated. The home itself felt new and clean, and the balcony was a highlight with great views of the city, including the Hollywood sign. A few small essentials like Kleenex were missing, and some items were a bit low on stock, but overall it didn’t take away from the experience. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!
Like a new house. Very clean and nice roof terrace . Less 10min to Korea town and universal studio. Great location.

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️($500 pet fee deposit) Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️ We will collect a $1K security deposit from guests with no prior guest reviews, fewer than 3 five-star reviews, or no history of reservations. It will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
