We had a wonderful weekend stay in Miami with my family. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.
Home is very beautiful and very well decorated! Perfect for a girls trip/ gathering! We really enjoyed watching the sunset/ sunrise from the big windows everyday! The home is very high tech with heated toilets and automatic flushing! That made us all chuckle a little. The host was very very responsive and answered any of my questions very quickly! Additionally we got to all of our locations in about 20 minutes! Would certainly stay here again!
Our stay at this Airbnb in North Bay Village was fantastic! The property had a beautiful pool that we thoroughly enjoyed, and the entire place was clean, organized, and felt like home. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. All the essentials we needed were provided, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and always available to help with any questions we had. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we would definitely come back again!
If I could provide a 10 star review I could. This was the best AirBnB experience I have had. We chose the house for a team retreat. The house is immaculate, all furnishings and finishings are of high quality and incredibly tasteful, the kitchen was fully stocked and everything "just worked" in this smart house. The photos absolutely do not do justice to the outside area. The sparkling pool is so very inviting, warm, clean and has a gorgeous view of the bay. At sunset there were over 10 dolphins swimming right outside the front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is a very short drive to so lively and fun amenities and attractions. Last but not least, the host was responsive, professional, flexible, friendly and authentically cared in her communications. 5 stars! *****

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) • No parties, events/gatherings, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •Guests will be charged $300 for additional cleaning if any trash or sand is left in the pool. •No loud noise or music past 9 pm •No outdoor activities or pool after 9 PM NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ ($500-700 pet fee deposit) Cats 🚫 ⚠️Pool heating costs $150/night ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️ For guests without prior reviews, fewer than 5 five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we need to collect a $2000 security deposit. It's refundable provided there are no damages or additional cleaning needed. And $1K Deposit for 1 night or weekend bookings
