The place was exactly how described. We loved that it was in walking distance to restaurants. Very clean and roomy. I particularly liked that our host always responded to me very quickly and was extremely accommodating arriving early and leaving later. I highly recommend Williams vacation rental!
The house was great and William was very responsive to our questions or small issues that we had. He was always available and communicative. The house is spacious with 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house has been nicely renovated and the furniture is cosy and modern/ clean. The neighborhood is not exactly what we expected, but we felt safe and comfortable. The location is very central and close to Downtown Austin and the University of Texas. William was a really good host!

You’re welcome to bring slippers; just keep them for indoor use. 🎉 No parties or events, including birthday celebrations, bachelor parties, or bachelorette parties. 👥 Only guests listed on the reservation may stay. Extra or overnight guests are not allowed. If the guest count doesn’t match your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel it. 📬 Please don’t have mail or packages delivered here unless you’ve arranged it with me in advance. 🛋️ Please leave the furniture where it is unless we’ve said otherwise, and keep TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, and other electronics plugged in. 🧳 We can’t store bags before check-in unless we’ve confirmed availability in advance; a fee applies. 🐾 No pets, please. 🤝 Please be respectful of our neighbors, park only in the assigned spaces we share with you, and keep noise and music down after 10 PM. 🚽 To help prevent clogs, please don’t flush large amounts of toilet paper. Put all wet wipes in the trash—even if the packaging says they’re flushable. Clogs caused by wet wipes will result in a $300 fee. ⚜️ Please note that breaking these rules may result in us retaining your full security deposit. Thank you for treating the home with care!
