Beautiful home and backyard is very private and the pool and jacuzzi were beautiful. They weren’t heated as warm as we would have liked, but we did swim a lot. It was a great location and the house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the home felt very safe, especially when our grandchildren came to visit. The pool was surrounded with a nice fence very secure. Very close to Disney and other great sights and shopping and restaurants in the area. We would definitely like to stay there again!

FULLY FENCED POOL FOR KIDS’ SAFETY NOT SHOWN IN THE PICTURES Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or groups who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the Orange County area. The highlight of our property is the beautiful backyard, which features a sparkling pool and plenty of space for lounging and outdoor dining. The backyard is also fenced for added privacy and security (not shown in the photos). Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, as well as a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and cozy seating. We also provide high-speed WiFi throughout the house, so you can stay connected during your stay. Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedrooms have queen-sized beds. We can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful home in Tustin, CA!
🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise, music or outdoor activities past 9 pm NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ ($500 pet fee deposit) Cats 🚫 ⚠️Pool heating costs $100/night ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we require a mandatory $1000 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required. Weekend or 1-night booking $500 Security deposit
