NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ ($500 pet fee deposit) Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items, please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ To help prevent toilet clogs 🚽, please avoid flushing large amounts of tissue paper 🧻. We've had several instances where excessive paper caused blockages, and we want to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. ⚠️For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we require a mandatory $1000 security deposit.
