The house was perfect for our group of five celebrating my dad’s 91st birthday. Its central location made it easy to enjoy all of our activities as we ate and explored our way around LA. Everyone had their own room for privacy, and the shared spaces- including the pool and BBQ area - were fantastic. The management team was quick to help with any issues and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our only minor complaint was that, aside from the TV in the living room, none of the bedrooms had their own TV or proper working space.
The house is beautiful and very comfortable for two families of 4. There was plenty of space and lots of areas inside and out to gather and hang out. The hosts were very also responsive!
We had a great stay. Home is in excellent condition with all the best amenities. Location is fantastic and house is spacious. Great outdoor area also. Host was always very responsive and accommodating. Home is new as is all furniture and equipment. It is very close to great restaurants, cafes and shopping. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful 7-day stay at this property. The house was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was thoughtfully laid out and had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Host was responsive when we reached out, though I rarely needed to since everything ran smoothly throughout my entire stay. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need. I didn’t encounter a single issue during my week here, which speaks volumes about how well-maintained and prepared the property is. I highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to returning on my next visit to Beverly!

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces •No loud noise or music past 9 pm •No outdoor activities or pool after 9 PM NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts ($500 per pet Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we require a mandatory $3,000 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required. We also require a deposit for 1 night stays.
