We had an amazing stay! We came with family from around the country to celebrate a birthday and the house accommodated everyone so comfortably! The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful!
We had a great time staying at this place with our 3-year old toddler. Pros: 1. Great communication, the host was super responsive and helpful 2. House was immensely clean and super spacious 3. Place looked better in person than in pictures and the pool/ hot tub was amazing. They also provided a ton of beach toys, swimming toys, floaties, etc. 4. Provided lots of extra towels, toilet paper, etc. Washer and dryer looked pretty new and we utilized. Cons: 1. Poor water pressure in many of the showers 2. The front door wouldn't lock using the key pad so we just had to leave it open 3. Location was ok. In the suburbs of Laguna and it's about 10-15 min drive to the beaches or anything else in the area (nice restaurants, malls, etc) so not bad but also not within a stone's throw. Neighborhood was in a very nice, quiet area. 4. Check in time was later than most other places we've stayed - 5 pm. Overall, we didn't have many qualms here and loved the correspondance with the host!
This was a great place to stay besides the inconsistent A/C unit it was worth every penny for its location and size for our family gathering!

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm •No outdoor activities or pool after 9 PM NOTES: ⚠️No Pets Allowed ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️ For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three five-star reviews, no reservation history, or last-minute booking, we require a $3,000 security deposit. It’s refundable, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning needed.
