Check-in was smooth and accommodating, house was clean and well stocked with linens and towels. Pool was clean and didn't need to be heated given the 95 degree average temp during our stay. Hot tub was nice in the evenings. If you plan to use any of the TVs other than the living room TV bring a couple extension cords, the TVs mounted in the bedrooms and game room can't be plugged in without one, no outlets close enough to plug the TV in. Kind of odd. Maybe previous guests walked away with them, didn't affect my stay, thus the 5 star rating, just a heads up to anyone with kids who may need multiple working TVs. The BBQ is Charcoal, but was poorly designed with no airflow, only good for warming hot dogs, which didn't help the steaks I bought. Charcoal and BBQ tools were provided. Wi-Fi was great for streaming on the Living Room TV. Quiet, normal Mission Viejo neighborhood. Grocery stores and great restaurants near by. Would stay here again.
Wow 🤩 A home away from home ❤️beautiful space with a cozy clean home. It might be the cleanest Airbnb we have experienced- my level of clean is OCD clean. The pool was so fun and the beds were heavenly. Kids loved the mini pool table and air hockey! I’d say the kitchen is basic stocked and depending on needs may need to bring items to supplement cooking. Complimentary coffee and creamer was a nice touch. The blankets and linens were high quality. No pool floats like in pics but we ran to store to get what we needed. Oh !- and evenings under the stars with absolute peace and quiet, absolutely lovely! Overall wonderful experience- Thank you ☺️
Beautiful home with a resort like backyard. Took the family and kids on vacation and they enjoyed the pool in the nice so cal weather. The host responded very quickly anytime we had a question. We accidentally forgot our baby monitor at the Airbnb and they shipped it to our residence with no issues. Definitely recommended booking this Airbnb located in a nice quite safe neighborhood.
Beautiful and comfortable house to stay! Great pool area. Very nice atmosphere we immediatelly felt at home. Very accurate communication with the host. Would definately recommend this place to stay!

🏠HOUSE RULES: •No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9 pm •No outdoor activities or pool after 9 PM NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ ($500 refundable pet fee) Cats 🚫 ⚠️ A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information ⚠️ If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. ⚠️ All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging 🚽, please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues 🧻. We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules! ⚠️For guests without prior reviews, fewer than three five-star reviews, or no reservation history, we require a mandatory $1,000 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
