Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was cozy, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. The decor was beautifully done, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The appliances were modern and up to date, making our stay even more convenient.
From the lighting to the furniture, I loved the design of this home. In fact, I would gladly hire whoever designed and decorated this space to do my own home—it was that impressive. The aesthetic was stylish, inviting, and made the space feel both luxurious and relaxing.
The location was another huge plus. It was close to everything and made getting around incredibly easy. Whether taking the subway or heading into NYC or Brooklyn, transportation was convenient and easy to navigate. There was also a Walmart within 15 minutes, which allowed us to do all of our grocery shopping for the entire stay without any hassle.

I wish I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, because it was that great! We needed to be out of our house for 4 nights in the middle of a school week due to a renovation project, but we wanted to stay in this area of NW Frisco so our 5 children could be close to schools, & because we love this upscale suburb of greater Dallas. But all of the Airbnbs available were in towns nearby that were in run-down neighborhoods or Old Downtown Frisco that might not be as safe. So we splurged and booked this place, and I can’t tell you how many times my husband & I commented to each other how grateful we are that we did! The whole home is so new & nice inside & had great design details, and the neighborhood is upscale & new as well! With a family of 7, we all had our own big beds (plus extra!) and the bed linens were all new and high-quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, the loft pool table room was a hit, we loved the formal dining room for fam dinners, & the host was so helpful! 🩷

We had a pleasant weekend stay. The house itself is spacious, with large rooms and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward, and the hosts provided plenty of patio furniture to enjoy by the pool.
However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The 5:00 PM check-in felt quite late, though we were able to adjust our plans. The house has very strict rules regarding shoes and moving furniture; being rule-followers, we felt a bit restricted, even avoiding moving the patio furniture to better suit our needs.
Functionally, the kitchen had minimal cooking supplies, and the ice machine was broken—we were surprised to be told this wasn't considered an included amenity. Additionally, while spa heating was included, a pool pump issue meant we couldn't actually use it. The backyard putting green was also covered in fallen fruit from the trees, making it difficult to use. It’s a beautiful property, but better maintenance

We stayed at The Pacific Villa for 8 days - 8 adults and one child. The neighborhood was clean, very quiet, and the house itself looks just like it does in the photos. My parents are 70 and it was so convenient to have one bedroom and one bathroom on the first level where they don’t have to go up and down the stairs. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking meals. The backyard with the pool and hot tub was a hit with my older and younger kids.
The area itself - in the middle of Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills is beautiful with restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. all within a 5 min drive. It also helps that the 5 freeway is literally around the corner from the house.
This company is amazing with their communication. All responses to questions arrive within minutes.
Keep in mind that check in is at 5pm and I requested to check in earlier. They tried their best to accommodate us even if it was just under an hour early. I still appreciate their effort. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is amazing! Our family of 7 loved every second there! We spent most of our time in the pool & hot tub. It was private w/beautiful surroundings! We used the BBQ while the kids played in the pool. There are plenty of seating options outside too, so we could all hang out together w/out feeling cramped. Inside was beautiful! My kids all high-fived each other when we first opened the door, ha! Every room has a beautiful view, fans, TV, super comfy beds & linens. We also loved playing on the mini air hockey & ping pong table! We were also impressed with the very well stocked kitchen. It had everything we could have needed & we cooked almost every meal there. The host just was very quick to respond & help us out when we had any questions. I would love to come back again & would highly recommend it to everyone!! Well worth the price because we got so much entertainment out of it on top of just staying in a beautiful & comfortable home! The neighborhood is quiet, upscale & safe.

We had a fantastic stay at this East Hollywood townhome and highly recommend it for families visiting Los Angeles. As a family of six, we found the layout ideal, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably.
The neighborhood was a major highlight. It felt safe, quiet, and residential while still being close to Hollywood attractions, giving us easy access to the city without the crowds and noise.
We had a rental car, and the large tandem garage was a big advantage, accommodating two vehicles. The entrance may be a bit tight for very large SUVs, but it worked well for us.
The hosts were friendly, responsive, and well organized. Everything was thoughtfully prepared before our arrival, so we rarely needed assistance.
Most of all, the home felt truly welcoming. Unlike some rental properties, it immediately felt comfortable and homey, making our stay especially enjoyable. We made wonderful family memories while exploring Los Angeles and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at Urban Oasis for a family reunion over a long weekend. We had 11 total adult guests and the space was great. There was a dining room that seated 12 (rare) and several other large spaces for gathering and connecting: outside on the deck, a smaller family room near the kitchen (which we hung out in a lot) and a massive basement with a huge tv and a large couch.
There were 3 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full bathrooms (1 shared and 1 private). The first floor had a bedroom off the dining room with easy access to the 1/2 bath on the first floor and a bedroom in the basement with access to a full bath. 10 of us slept in bedrooms and only one had to use the pull out sofa.
Some of us stayed up late and talked, while others went to bed before midnight and were able to sleep.
It was close to downtown and 10 minutes from numerous restaurants and 5 minutes from the grocery store.
This was a great value for a large group to stay.

Our recent stay at an Airbnb in West Hollywood was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks largely to our host's impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and a readiness to assist that continued throughout our stay.
Our host's concierge service was a standout, arranging a rental car at a surprisingly affordable rate, far cheaper than market prices. This level of thoughtfulness and efficiency extended to the wonderful private chef they organized for us. Each meal was a delightful experience, adding a touch of luxury and personalization to our stay.
The location was a significant benefit, with the Airbnb being a mere 3-minute walk from Beverly Center and numerous fantastic restaurants. Each of the four bedrooms was equipped with a TV and ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The addition of a gym, theater in the basement, heated pool, and jacuzzi further elevated our stay, making it an unforgettable experience.

Although our experience in this home had a few hiccups, I still rated them excellently due to the responsive and accommodating team. Our issues were resolved quickly (even though it was a holiday weekend). We were also the first family to stay in this home and I am hopeful our feedback will make the next guest’s stay even better!
This home was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids) for our trip to Universal. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated with a minimalistic style, and had very comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was pristine and well stocked. The built-in espresso machine was one of our favorite “toys” in the kitchen! The pool was the perfect size and wonderful to have on our hot stay in the area. Having the additional apartment in the back was great, allowing each set of parents to have a king bed and privacy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend AboutAway!

There are truly not enough words that could possibly do this place and this company the proper justice to describe how incredible our stay was. From start to finish, from the moment we booked our stay all the way through check out, everything was absolutely perfect. Our host were so incredibly kind, responsive and helpful in every way possible. The house was absolutely stunning. Warm, comfortable and inviting, peaceful and quiet as was the neighborhood it was nestled in. Literally everything we needed was provided which made our stay so much smoother. From laundry detergent to kitchen items to toiletries, we didn't have to make a special trip to purchase anything extra. We enjoyed family time inside the home and enjoyed the nearby restaurants within walking and driving distance. We also very much appreciated how centrally located the home was to all of the popular hot spots of LA were in proximity. We absolutely can not wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us.
